Champagne Bush Tucker Breakfast with the Koalas
Bush tucker is Australian terminology for the huge variety of herbs, spices, fruits, flowers and animals that are native to Australia. Aborigines have been eating bush tucker for 50,000 years and it is now developing into an interest with local restaurants Australia over seeking “new” tastes and combinations.
Breakfast is held each Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. 8:30am to 10am.

Champagne Bush Tucker Breakfast with the Koalas– Our local rangers will guide you through the events of the morning beginning with a greeting of native guava champagne on arrival.
The chef cooked breakfast is set within a unique purpose built setting amongst native trees and a setting typical to outback Australia. During the course of the morning you will be able to cook your toast over the fire, make jaffles and cook them in the burning coals as well as being greeted by native Australian animals including Koala’s, crocodiles and snakes. Your breakfast experience includes:

Lamb loins encrusted with outback spices
Aussie campfire – toast over hot coals
- Local mackeral infused with lemon myrtle
- Pancakes served with native Rosella jam
- Bacon and eggs
- Beef sausages with bush tomato chutney
- Toad in the hole (Aussie version of egg cooked in bread)
- Fresh local fruits
- Native honeycomb
- Cereals and toast
- Fresh filter coffee and tea
- Fresh fruit juices
